Tom, I got one last night at 9:04:36. The severity was 59 with just an IP address. No other details.

i get those sub7's too. just a little while ago i received a "TCP OS fingerprint" rated a 59 in severity... "Attacker sends unusual combination of TCP flags to see how the system responds. Usually, the attacker is trying to identify the victim's operating system. This information can then help the attacker determine which weaknesses exist on that system, and provides valuable information to assist in further attacks." hope he slipped and broke his leg on the blackice.
