Roger, I have been using "The Big Easy Investor" which is a free software program that allows you to download the EOD market data from their servers for use with their program. It will allow you to run technical or fundamental scans based on their hundreds of pre-made scans or you can enter your own criteria and scan to your hearts content (including candlestick formations). I can tell you that I am extremely impressed with this software. I have made thousands of dollars in the last few months playing stocks that I found while scanning with this program.
