David

I looked through the "Late Breaking Research Session" abstracts and didn't see Cell Genesys mentioned in any ... were any of the CEGE-researchers listed by name in any of these (I saw EntreMed & Chromavision Med mentioned)? The abstracts for the Late Breakers are supposed to be the most significant, and they have a separate break-out session on Tuesday, April 4th.

Regardless, shorters would be wary of shorting biotechs this week ... I would expect more than normal press releases on biotech/cancer research, which hopefully gives a little bull run for biotechs.

I noticed that the Biotech composite started its big run last mid-November, just after the International Conference (AACR-NCI-EDRTC) on Molecular Targets and Cancer Theraputics in Washington, DC from Nov 16-19, 1999.

Hoping CEGE and AVAN start a big run!
