Re:"Massive Insider trades showing up today! They are dumping shares like crazy."

Elmer,

Did you have fun on your fishing trip? Not many of us fish out here tonight to take the bait.

PS It's a lot more fun going for billfish in South America.

Elmer, they can only sell a few times a year and if you have been with AMD for several years and finally the share price took off, wouldn't you sell -- particularly if maybe you wanted a new house in the Silicon Valley?

The bigger story today is the growing possibility of AMD sales to Dell and Niles comment from yesterday of OEMs using the Athlon chip in corporate sector sales the second half of 2000. I assume Niles has contacted OEMs who have confirmed plans to do precisely what he has forecasted. The OEMs are probably now testing 1.2 or greater GHz Thunderbirds running Windows 2000. If my memory is correct even Paul projected greater than $7 billion in revenue for AMD this year. I thought that was too optimistic. Now I'm thinking he might be conservative. AMD is going to make money every quarter this year and each quarter promises earnings more than 100% greater than the previous quarter. I hope you still have your shares.
