Interesting porch tonight. Very interesting.

I make several kinds of plays - including market calls. One of the most important components of a market call is sentiment. Sentiment is a contrary indicator - the greater the ebullience, the greater the danger; the greater the woe, the greater the opportunity. If the emotion expressed on the porch tonight is widespread, then there's a very good chance that the bottom is in (or near). Remember for the market to rise, it needs a "wall of worry" to climb.

Hoping for the best for all.

Aside from the market, the only thing I can think is that I believe it was INTC or SUNW that bought a major linux RTOS player the other day...can't remember the specifics and have my hands full of 9 lbs. of baby and 5 ounces of my wife's breast milk...yeesh.
