Ed, We have to be extremely careful about what we "have learned" from events like the 1987 stock market crash..... Some of the "learning" is actually more like "conditioning", you know, like training monkeys or something like that. LOL And I am not immune from it it either. It is sort of like "brainwashing" actually, or brainwashing ourselves to believe that everything will turn out O.K. in the end, with no 1929 or 1973/74 type situations out there on the sunny horizon..... Back in 87' I made some nice money on XAU puts. They went from something like 6 to 36 in one day. That was an amazing time period. Yogi
