I'll ask Jim, but I can't imagine the rollback would be post issuance, if it was going to take place I would expect it would be pre-merger. Having made that statement there is not really much reason to do a rollback. For the most part that is only done when in order to facilitate a financing and is usually done either to get the share price up high enough to do one or to minimize a float that is too large and unpredictable, neither of which should be an issue here. At least that is my view on it.
