Jon...Here is my perspective...I go under the assumption that 95% of OTC BB's are scams. The Canadian stock exchanges...apparently have a lot of these scammy companies that are not worth the paper their certificates are written on. Another 4% of OTC BB's are very weak, very fragile companies...that will not survive more than likely.....because they have nothing which is strategically leverageable. What does that leave.....? ... "1%" of penny stocks...that are not in one of these categories.... "1%" of penny stocks that are worth investing in....that are "ground floor" opportunities... EDIGITAL in my opinion...is one of those "1%" opportunities. I figured that out late last spring with a lot of due diligence and have had that analysis confirmed over and over. I have followed this stock for almost a year now...and read just about everything (pro and con) written about it....and my faith in it has increased, not decreased. I thank the many people who have faithly shared their research and helped to find news and information...not only about edigital, but the relevant industries (digital music, VTT, digital recording, micro/handheld software) and companies (LU, IBM, INTC, Lanier, SONY, HP, TI, Phillips, LQID, Sanyo, Samsung, Maycom, etc etc). The number of people actively researching this stock and reporting their findings...is amazing...and the critics also provide wonderful information....which we chew on and think about... this stock does not have over 35K SHAREHOLDERS for no reason. EDIGITAL has strong strategically leveragable strengths...and note I wrote strengthS...... it is not a one legged stock... the diversity of its strengths is the reason that I and many others are heavily invested in it...and sleep like babies at night...in spite of the day to day flucuations and volatility. We understand that a lot of the volatility is due to daytrading, penny stock manipulations due to market maker activity and the tendency of people who do not understand the stock's potential jumping in and out...(the normal "penny players"). Scammy penny stocks rely on puffed up news releases, on "newsletter" recommendations...they play the "penny stock game" or the "mo mo"....momentum riding, not investing.. EDIGITAL has more than JUST penny players invested in it. It has investors. We are patient and have courage in our beliefs..."shorters" and "naysayers" have absolutely no influence on our behavior....except if they run it down so low...the price is just irresistable...and we buy more. and that is simply....my perspective....
