RS to be within 90 days, and stock price will hopefully be higher by that date because SO MANY CORPORATE DEALS OF SUCH IMPORTANCE that tsig will be hard not to notice to be announced in week and month to come. (Prior dilution consequence of restructuring of business. Too many shares OS required re-capitaliztion. Re-cap necessary for access to capital for acquisitions and rapid expansion.). 3. NASDAQ listing wanted by tsig.com, Investment bank and a COUPLE COMPANIES being acquired. 4. Deal with Disney announced by rep of Disney in attendance to be FIRST of SEVERAL SIGNIFICANT deals with Disney. Disney to issue PR. 5. UCP to mail program to A-List of contributors to encourage participation and use of my photo, music and call cards. TSIG to be KEYNOTE SPEAKER at UCP events for UCP Sponsors. 6. Lufthansa rep present who said card to be made available at 500 point of sales locations. Due to value of Music and Phone Card, Rep anticipated wide usage (several mil) especially since on avg. cd's cost $22 in Europe vs tsig landing them there for $17. Plus international rates on calling card minutes due to agreement with Teleglobe are also very economical. z
