How about a different point of view: What has changed about Commerce One back then and Commerce One now? Don't we actually have more business deals now than back then? I really like to hear your thoughts on that. I think most people have problem with Pru's downgrade is that Pru is talking about the decrease of revenue sharing % on ONE deal, but it does not do any research on whether the 5% equity ownership in the exchange will do. Pruguy, really like to hear your defense for Prudential.
