Before you can throw spears at anyone, you gotta have some dough to pay them lawyers,, cause ..no lawyer worth his salt will take a case like this..it's kind of stupid dont ya think..???? ( We all know that ECNC longs have no more dough ) ..I can just see it now.. " Your Honor , Mr A@P, did all this reserach and proved there was fraud, and then traded based on his own research information, ( your Honor Please note Mr A@P refused to believe anything Manny-bago-grease said and he refused to believe all the hot air and hype as is required on ANY AND ALL Bulletin Board Pumporammaas ), he then warned everyone to get out of the stock at the very top of its rise .your Honor... And then he silmutatneously sent the information to the proper authorities , who then went about confirming the fraud..and this is the good part your honor...The authorities actually found fraud and sued the comnpany for it and kicked th stock off the Bulletin Boards ..But then your Honor... The Company put out more bogus news, and the authorities got a restraining order for the bogus news... Your Honor A@P refused to believe anything we said the entire time and he kept warning everyone about the fraud for free. Your honor Mr A@P... then covered his position and made money by spreading the facts and the truth as he knew it to be and he profited at our expense.. We are longs your Honor who didnt believe and want to hear anything he had to say and we chose to Believe Manny-bag-line and Tom-C-youlater. Your Honor please find Mr A@P guilty of doing honest due-diligence and posting it for free on the internet , and allowing a few smarter longs an oppty to get out in time before the stock collapsed.
