Featuring a number of new productivity enhancements, BladeRunner 2.0 includes the ability to author XML content in PowerPoint(TM) and provides greater performance and scalability with Oracle(R)8i support.
Marking an industry first, BladeRunner customers will be able to generate XML content in PowerPoint to gain greater access to and control of valuable information stored in this popular presentation software. Many corporations utilize PowerPoint presentations in their course of business. Content providers will produce valid XML from within the familiar PowerPoint environment without regard to the syntax or semantics of XML. In addition, content creators can utilize: presentations, presentation masters, slide masters, slides, text, bulleted lists and shapes from PowerPoint and create valid XML content that is then placed in the content repository.
