Greg, I believe that is correct. OMM is a private company. The real significance of the OMM announcement, in my opinion, is that the MEMS cross-connect works in a Nortel 10Gbps network. It will be much easier for Xros to integrate their cross-connect into one management system (Nortel's) than it will be for OMM to integrate their cross connect into the systems of multiple vendors. Nortel will be first to market with the all optical network.
