Agree, but my problem is what is the risk free interest rate? The government has been playing with bonds and notes, I do not trust the AAA corporates since debt has skyrocked and god only knows if any of this can be maintained. The government is playing with the inflation numbers and we really do not have a handle on what the country is experiencing. I know what costs are increasing for me, but what about the rest of the folks out there. There is just no way one can evaluate anything these days!!!!!! Frustrating....
