Nice try #2...

...but you got the order backwards again. First, depending on whether we believe you shorted starting at 14 or 19, it was only after a few sniffs around that you supposedly assumed your "position." Only after you had locked in your orders did the real orchestration begin. Tell us you didn't feed the SEC with your spun allegations about purported misleading PR on numerous points, only two of which appear to have had any question by the SEC (both of which in my view are not misleading at all only confused by people who do not understand them.)? Tell us you didn't solicit business for your former attorneys who then proceeded to be the first to file a class action suit (knowing others were sure to follow since that is how it happens) within a few short days after you declaring the company a fraud? Tell us you didn't publish your own allegations that the technology is not with ECNC and "wont work" or that you cannot believe anything Tom Hughes says? Tell me the "real" orchestration did not occur until only after your short positions were in place and then the negative press emerged after you talked to your media contacts. Tell me this also didn't have an effect on driving this stock even further down?

You wish to sound cleansed of your own orchestrations now. Why? Are you trying to tell us that if you had not stumbled onto the scene here only a few days before the halt that this stock would not have gone to .25 anyway? How about if you had not even appeared here? There has been no proof of fraud, only proof that you made allegations of such and fed it to your connections who then assisted you (whether unwittingly or intentionally) in orchestrating the downfall of this stock price.

Tell us why you revised your profile to remove the quote: "spin me a million"? Isn't this really all about your ability to "spin" and the power you wield through the subscribers to your professional short site at anthonypacific.com and for those groupies to come together to assist in the scheme to trash a stock for the sole purpose of enriching yourselves as shorts? To go onto numerous message boards and spread negativity to make a bundle? I don't see anything valiant, noble or truthful about killing a new company with a great technological idea for the real purpose of enriching yourselves and your minions.

In the money category, apparently you will do whatever you want, but I think that is also why rules and laws exist. This may be an indictment on the whole system of message boards and the power it has over weak hands influenced by manipulators at any cost. Yes, this much has been proven. I simply don't see the virtue in that nor do I see the legality when based on false statements. There are some limits. Seems some were crossed here. We'll simply have to see how it shakes out. But I would work on the "statement" a bit more. Hollywood isn't yet buying.
