re. i2 and GG applicability

i2

Hey Bruce I surly hope that i2 report is positive, because I bought last week. <gg> I had already decided that a) it was a gorilla and b) the Aspect deal was positive. Waiting.

GG

There seems to be two debates going on simultaneously. One - whether GG should be limited to high tech or not; two - whether GG should be limited to a few high tech areas. These are two very different questions and in my mind have different answers. While GG originated within a very circumscribed region of high tech, Q is an outstanding example that within high tech it may have applicability that even its originators did not dream.

BB, Thanks for that clarification. I would only be too happy to consider I2 a gorilla if that is indeed the case, as I have actually found them to be a very interesting company.

Adding myself to the now impressive queue, waiting for that report.

rgds,

MA.

RE: Business to Business application software providers

In light of the comments about B2B, I thought I would share the occasional link every now and then to articles from analysts that seem to have a fairly good handle on the emerging space for those software investors on this board who might be interested. It is an area that is at the heart of application software vendors. Here is a link to an article that has comments from Credit Suisse First Boston's George Gilbert (B2B commerce applications and marketplaces analyst):
