techie,gees i wish i had could remember the magazine i just read an in depth article on Conseco---but it raises a huge questions---i just ask first,are you aware that Hilbert and other execs and has huge debt on CNC stock he bought with borrowed money when stock was was well above 30(and they may well be called on this debt---over 400 million dollars,if i remember correctly),and the street are beginning to be suspicious they were using insider buying to pump the stock,but it backfired--plus S&P just downgraded CNC---just asking you to look a little deeper--you may be right,but i would look very closely first.good luck,these big roll-ups like SRV and RAD and ABTX,have a bad track record.max
