I understand the part about the April 15th tax deadline.

it also has to do with the fact that the nasdaq is in crash and burn mode and people are just plain cashing in and waiting out the storms

I analyze trading on about 12 stocks. I read a lot of other boards for potential future picks. I am reading the same thing everywhere. Tons of buying and the stock prices are going either nowhere or down. There are many stocks going down where people simply are not "cashing in". So I don't know if this is just an attempt by the MMs to get cheap shares or if they have been told to crush the otcbb market.
