Marvin,

Most of the negatives regarding the anti-trust case is factored in MSFT price. Why else would it trade at a PE of 50 when companies with equivalent fudamentals trade at PE of 150 - 200. The max downside to MSFT is 85 (and that too if NASDAQ dips below 3800. You have to keep in mind that, due to the justice case MSFT has missed out on the NAS run from 2500 to 4500. If there was a settlement a 50 - 70 point jump in MSFT was not out of the question. The fact that the case wil drag on for years means the stock will probably be weighed down, but shorting the stock can be quite dangerous.

Regards

Alok

BTW Given how chap the stock is relaative to its high tech peers, I built a small position in MSFT when it was around 90. My SUN position is 10 times larger.
