STEVE C : Thanks for the legal "heads up". The talks must have been intense and the opposition (Gov't) to MSFT must not have budged an "inch" knowing of course that Judge Jackson was going to "sock it to them". Now, I believe that in the face of the financial damage that can come to MSFT they will settle in the 11th hour.

I think that MSFT will have to settle on all the issues! (at the last minute) and when their stock drops on Monday IMO.
