Hi Thread,

I'm back from the Option Investor seminar in Denver, where I met DM, salini, and Ylang Ylang Breeze, as well as Bridge Player and his wife (who did not attend the conference but took me out for a lovely dinner). The first thing I'll say about the conference is this: Anyone who makes her or his living through trading options owes it to her/himself to regularly attend conferences of this nature. Not only does one learn about different strategies, but the direct exposure to people with different trading styles and trading lists makes for interesting cross-pollination. I've broadened my trading list from tech stocks to include both the Dow and various indices, learned to use sentiment indicators like the VIX and the Pinnacle Index, honed my TA skills to include Candlestick charting, and learned skills to make each trade more financially and time efficient.

The OIN staff were, to a person, extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic, as well as being very good lecturers. I left the conference having made two trades using skills I learned last week which more than paid for the trip.

I'll try to make it a point to share what I've learned.
