SpryGuy - Re: "AMD's already got the world's fastest processor and earnings to back it up..."

Why does every Benchmarker report that Intels' Coppermine is faster than the AThWIPER?

zdnet.com

"INTEL TOPS IN PERFORMANCE, NOT PRICE
Clock speed for clock speed, systems using Intel's high-end processors currently outperform those using AMD's Athlon chip.
"

firingsquad.com

"Super Bypass makes a huge difference in the Winstone benchmarks, but the Coppermine's full speed L2 cache takes control here. Even at a 100MHz disadvantage, the Coppermine is able to stay with the Athlon 850. "

Why is it, SpryteGuy, that you continue to deny what all the independent FACTS tell you - AMD's AthWiper is not as fast as Intel's Coppermine?

Are you in a severe state of psychological denial?

Facts are facts - and you can lie about them all you want - but that only changes your credibility [EDIT - what credibility ??!!] - it doesn't change the facts.

Re: Earnings - AMD posted one profit last year and THREE losses. Yippee !

Don't forget - AMD didn't pay any taxes on that profit either - since Intel is paying AMD's share of taxes for the US National defense, Welfare programs, etc.

And AMD is the beneficiary of Intel's Welfare contribution.
