Here is alist of all of the other incredibly suspicious companies that have filed for late 10-K filing this year. Orek "Cheap Dirt Sucker" Vacuum Cleaner and Fnord Schliedly will be issuing short recommendation on all of them, I guess...

Auric, it's an 8-K, not an S-8.

Regarding the 8-K, be patient. It will happen in good time. The deal was only signed a week or so ago.

You should cover now, before they announce the next deal.

Europe is as yet untouched by the mighty Cyber-Care juggernaut, and I wouldn't want to see you or any of your short friends hurt financially when they announce that.
