art, there are a great many latinos, we come in all shapes and sizes and colors and persuasions, there are latino professors and perverts and jurists and junkies and geniuses just like in any other lingual group .... overall, while it is imho less true than in years past, it may be fair to say that latinos tend to something less of a respect for the rule of law than, for instance, the english-speaking groups ... but that is overall, and imho that Miami neobatistiano bunch that is playing with a little kid's life to score propaganda points for political purposes is really dragging down the average.
