Ocassionally, he has stated that a stock is a great buy at the current levels, e.g., GBLX back in the fall. And a few others.

To state that he does not believe that the stocks he profiles and his recommended list are not "buys" at the current level is probably not appropriate. I think that although he states he's not recommending a stock at a price, and he's merely informing us of technology is not what he does in my view. The page 8 is clearly a recommendation listing, with the price at date (or thereabouts) of his recommendation, with the current price and perc. increase. Further, he occasionally comments on the message board re: valuations. For example, he once stated that he missed recommending ntap, but he wouldn't add it based on its current valuation.

My opinion.
