Actually the lawyers don't need your cooperation at all. Surely there is someone out there who would be willing to be the plaintiff. They pick him or her up as the poster-child for the class, then ask for monies commensurate with the number of people in the class. After they win or settle, you and almost everyone else in America will get a coupon in the mail for a $5 rebate on your next purchase of a Microsoft product, or you'll get a letter telling you where you can send in to request your $5 coupon. No cash for you, though; that goes to the lawyers who will collect $millions in fees for "representing" you. Don't you love it?
