Tony - that's exactly what I was referring to as "the bill processing and connectivity areas." HLTH has bought up most of its competition, save for the payors themselves, who may resist paying HLTH's fees for things they believe they can do in-house. HLTH needs to integrate its acquisitions and keep its costs down so it can cut its fees to the bone and make it uneconomical for the insurers to provide the same services themselves. -Eric
