Posner which should make DOJ and States think twice when the
case goes to U.S. Court of Appeals where Richard Posner is
Chief Judge. What do you think?">> IMO their individual greed has clouded their judgement. Other than political and monetary gain there is no reason for any state to be involved. This should start people thinking of the levels of buracracy in their state and if they are all needed. Any state that can dedicate the resources to something like this is over staffed and over funded..
