The case will take another 2-3 years to resolve. In the meantime, focus will shift to the solid revenues and earnings. The stock will keep moving up.

MSFT in my opinion will have 2.40+ in this calendar year EPS, and MSFT could easily be at 180 - 200 by year-end. Why wouldn't institutions buy??

Don't be surprised if the stock went up onthis news that MSFT is ready to appeal & the company is still intact.
