Thanks Tommy..

horses??? speed??? yeah, i feel the need<VBG>....go for it...

yes i thought the mag did a good article there...and it at least we gave the P&F point of view....

i think we'll back and fill this week into Fri..then, earnings season will be upon us...the charts and indicators look ok big guy..so we trade our plan..

on vacation...i can ONLY watch CNBC 15 minutes a day, and ..in 5 minute segments<G>...no computers and no lap tops...

i'm fully invested, bought that big dip last week..positioned ok and at good levels, with loose trailing stops...

heck things couldn't be better...just wish i sold a bit sooner on some nice option trades..but, the greed part is getting much much better...

it's the FEAR that is hard to control<GGGGG>....

regards....OJ

Tom, the best way to handicap horses is comparative races on comparative days. Also works on dogs and trotters.
If a six furlong race is in 1:10 4/5 for Allowance horses and the $20,000 claimers run the same race on the same day with better fractions or better time or equal time bet the ranch. Only use the same distances on the same days at the same tracks. Also how they run the middle fractions is very important. if the middle is faster and a horse closes on faster fractions that's no good if a horse closes on slow fractions that's good. If a horse runs a faster middle and tires sometimes that's good.
When we next see each other maybe Vegas in the fall I will trade you horse tips for stock tips.<VBG>
By the way on January 1st 1989 I hot a big six at Calder for $43,000 using that system. Invested like $124. was with my then 12 year old son Adam (now 23).
That day at the track I won 9 out of ten races won over 100K . Paid for his Bar Mitzvah out of those dollars.
Haven't had a winner since then.<ggg>
That's a system that enabled me to play the ponies for many years.
As far as the NAZ stocks you reccommend trading in and out only. How about the ones with high RS and still in a column of X's ? How about long term holds like CSCO and MSFT,ORCL, whose charts still look good. I guess you still like the bank stocks.?
I switched over to the broker's report as you know. The trader's corner and the heads up on the OTC RS turning down probably paid for my subscription for the next year and I only have it 2 weeks.
Best $425 I ever spent. Only downfall is printing the 25 page reports every day. I guess I need to buy stock in HP the way I will go through cartridges.<ggg>
