The BB market makers can do whatever they wish with orders such as you describe; the trading world is chock full of stories just as you describe. The OTCBB marketplace is not the same as NYSE or AMEX or OTC. I am sorry for your distress; I myself have had similar situations. That is the way OTCBB goes. Then a possible solution, Richard, instead of just "...sorry, that's the way it goes..." would be to give us the option of more market makers for our OTC:BB orders with the ability to positively exclude MM's who refuse to execute orders timely and at the best possible price. It's amazing what a little compitetion will do to improve service by MM's! The current settings in Mytrade seem to do nothing. You can set to "Exclude Herzog" or "Preference Knight" and orders continue to get routed to HRZG. Mike

Since your service is only problem I have these 500 share only fills with hows about giving us my traders 1/2 price commisions on these executions until you get us more market makers. I made over 2300 trades this month should of only been maybe 1000 trades so that means I paid $29785 in commisions this month when I should of only had to pay $12,950 if you had better service

Rick,,,, I have tried over and over again since 2/24/00 to take care of a matter with Mytrack concerning a trade execution with the stock TVCP,,,,I have talked to Scott and he lied to me,,,,I do have him on tape too to prove it,,,,and now he will not answer my e-mails or phone messages,,,made up an excuse that some guy name Marshall would call me the same day I talked to him,,,never happened,,,,have this on tape too,,,also said the guy had already e-mailed me on the problem,,,,never happened either. Would you please clear up the matter with my problem. All I would like is the execution at 3 5/8's that I asked for,,,,,others have received it but for some reason Scott thinks I shouldn't,,,,could you tell me why? I will not let this issue drop until it is resolved. tia Susie
