Is anybody else out there annoyed that ATHM is always preannouncing plans?

When it's announced its too far away to effect the market now. When it finally happens its old news.

Every trade data shows a price down side non-confirm in ATHM and other NAZ stocks. The down side is highly elastic and most of the selling causes no down tick concession. Every rally in the last ten years has had this condition just prior to its start.
