Ausdauer,

You know I always am glad to see your infrequent posts and wish they were more frequent.

I didn't respond to your most recent post because SanDisk is not operating in a space I follow on a regular basis. The beauty of this thread is that there are more than enough Gorillas and Gorilla wannabes to go around without having to follow all of them.

The reason you're not getting more than a lukewarm response is probably because the adoption of SanDisk's products in the last few months appear not to have been significantly different enough to arouse peoples' attention. The company continues to be on track with no huge change in adoption. If that's not an accurate impression, I'm sure the thread would appreciate an update on the specific changes that have taken place.

Aus, I bought a chunk of Sandisk because

A: I like and use the product.

B: They seem to be a strong prince, at least.

B. You are such a silver-tongued devil!

I probably was overenthusiastic about the company, but I will stay in for a while.

Ausdauer,

I have written a number of posts on SNDK on this thread - mostly last year - and I received a number of encouraging responses, both public and private. I know there are at least several people on this thread that are interest in keeping informed about SNDK and you are a great source of credible information.

I believe that one of the primary attractions of SNDK is their participation in a number of tornado markets, however, many G&Kers have not invested in SNDK because of concerns about the possible lack of a proprietary architecture. A series of successful outcomes in the Lexar litigation would help address those concerns.

I, for one, appreciate you bringing such information to this thread and I'm sure many others feel the same way.
