MSFT can't cause a crash in the Nasdaq. The last time the stock dropped on the fact finding, it had no effect on the rest of the market.

I think the rest of the techs will still rally considering that there has been a correction last week.

I agree that the NAZ is vulnerable short term but this will be an excellent buying opportunity for companies that will benefit by the potential break up of MSFT (if the judges rulings so state, and the appeals are not won) and the opening of their OS code. IMO ORCL , SUNW, IBM, etc will all go down initially but bounce back quickly.
