Analysts are already commenting (Gene Randle reported on CNN) that they expect a severe drop in MSFT stock price when the judge releases the findings of law that Microsoft violated the law against monopolies. I don't know what I would do if I owned the stock but for your benefit, Bill Gates will probably change heart after the drop and become more conciliatory rather than trying to "settle" leaving loop holes that the states and Fed's didn't feel were sufficient to protect the consumer.
