Dave you are absolutely right.This abuse is got to stop.We only like them to be fair to investors. What is this bull $hit, from the brokers excuse that the market makers are not obligated to fill trades on BB stocks? Why do the make a market then? The Nasdaq then should say: Boys there is no BB stock market anymore for you to play. I think they should pass the five minute rule fill on the BB stocks immediately. Also if the MMs do not want to honor trades they should change jobs.
