Kevin- I like it. And it's something I wouldn't mind at all. But of course the figures have to be changed. At least SEG investors know exactly what they are getting into. If VRTS bought everything lock, stock, and barrel, you know they would have the best interest of both SEG and VRTS shareholders in mind. That couldn't be argued anymore.

I like your idea of the powerhouse a true SEG/VRTS would create.

In case you missed it, we have already discussed a VRTS buyout of SEG upstream(pre-fiasco), but I have forgotten the conclusions we came to. I believe most thought it not possible and I don't remember why? -MikeM(From Florida)
