I agree with your entire post. I just wanted to know if you are at all nervous given the fairly drastic revisions to eps estimates for VARL. It seems in the last month they have come down around 10% for this year & next year. This probably explains part of the test of $20/shr.

Is ANEN a decent comparable? If VARL sold at a similiar multiple, we might be looking at around $40/shr.

Hi Pat & all - I wasn't watching VARL on Fri. I am inclined to add position if 1) the general market stabilizes; 2) VARL stays above 26 but without running away and 3) volume increases
