Jim:
I also saw that info on CREE you posted. Good story line remains. This one may be a huge surprise at earnings, given the big boys been accumulating significant positions in past 3 months. It may then just bust through the upper resistance TA indicates.

I still can't get excited about ELON... yet.

Watch that JDSU.......

Re: ELON

I bought 1000 shares of this company and sold CCs on it just prior to this correction. Obviously even with the income generated on the CCs I am currently underwater with this trade. From the reading I have done on ELON I am not worried and will be adding more probably next week on any pullback. Refer to attached link which does a very thorough analysis on this company (stolen from G&K thread). I am posting it here in case some of you have not seen it. Warning it is quite complete and lengthy.

So, first of all, the guys drop my legs in the dirt - garlic butter smeared all over the place and then they run off.

Next, I get a PM saying I should clean up my act 'cause I'm irritating people and they're putting me on ignore.

Does that mean I'm one of the guys now?

Seriously, I would like to apologize for offending anyone with my mindless banter last evening. It was certainly not my intention to do so.

My April 2nd resolution. Speak only when you're spoken to.

Regards, Rose

Cree is "my" (LOL! It's like pulling teeth...ouch!) second largest position, after TQNT, whose chart looks just about the same right now. But the future will be outstanding for both.

From a CREE club on Yahoo, a novel new LED application:

New Blue LED Killer App ethanx11
(47/M/CA) 4/2/00 12:07 pm
False fingernails that glow when you
use your cellphone have been
developed in Japan. The optical
nails - called optils -are aimed at
teenagers who want to look cool while
phoning their friends, according to
The Nikkei Weekly. A red or blue LED
in the tip of the stick-on nail has a
short antenna hidden inside it. When
the cellphone is in use, the antenna's
electromagnetic field induces enough
current to light up the LED. The
manufacturer, Sunshine of Ube,
sells one optil and 11 standard
false nails for $31.

(Pointing with LED lasers instead? "Die human!"???.or pointing at a screen...Now if they could be could be voice-modulated ?.)

There are about:

40 million First-World high school girls
X 25% proliferation
---------------

= 10 million LED 2-way fingernail classroom communicators.

AND leaves no paper-trail (printer optional)
