That may have something to do with it but there is also the secondary offering which will cause some dilution and the fact that 1 shareholder is selling 1M shares - all at $50/share. I have seen instances when a company will pull a secondary (Checkfree) when its stock price falls too much. It appears that TGNT isn't doing that so I expect the stock price will fall further. I fortunately sold upon reading the Gilder article. Unfortunately, held other stocks that are down more than 50% - win some, lose some.
