LOL! Keep those ego strokes coming for Chuzz, JG, and me! In this market we can all use all the kind words we can find! What I find a bit weird is that so many people seem to think that there is some sort of take out associated with the SEG/VRTS deal. HELLO? What am I missing here? It is SEG throwing in the towel, as so many companies have been doing for the same reasons, and VRTS gets back its shares plus cash because of the inflated valuation plus some bits of the SEG business that are useful. The rest is pure hype as far as I can see, just back from a thoroughly restful (offline but not without the umbilical cord of the WSJ) few days en vacance. If I discover more, I shall post more....
