FWIW ern...

all I took out of the letter was that dci was still doing a little business, less than before, it's going to be a good while before they announce anything of any substance, cause they continue to be in a standoff with the feds, hence, no Spain activity..... and probably no sale worth any amount, and no normal trading as far as the eye can see.

that's all, but that's a wrap, and back to a quarter on 100 share trades.

Ernie,

I've always taken the Clubhouse as a more informal setting to express anything silly to serious-as long as it's being done with courtesy.

From what I'm gleaning from the recent ambience, this is the first open acknowledgement of rebuilding the company and restoring the shareholder value. More is supposed to follow but this is the cornerstone announcement.

It's clear that neither DCI nor the SEC has told us the entire story. As far as facts, the only singular fact is that we have no facts we can base an intelligent decision on. It "looks" like it "may" be promising. DCI's numbers are sparse, but at least the major mess of bad decisions have been written off---if we are to take the newsletter at face value.

What we need now is a solid, tangible event to occur that will add value to our shares. We need something REAL. If it's the selling of an asset to stay within the "Substantially All" rule, then fine. If it's getting an infusion of cash from an angel to aid DCI in Spain, then fine. If it's Helen Hunt dressed as Moses parting the hair of Rod Stewart eliciting beams of light to heaven for Divine intervention FINE! We need something more than rhetoric.

Without one real event that gives a positive move upward to our share value (based on all that we've been told and all that has NOT happened) it will be hard to find any physical or spiritual reason to believe.

Onward,

George

Ernie, my sentiments exactly! I quit reading the clubhouse posting months ago.....as i understand it, the clubhouse is part of the "OLD" Silicon Investor format.

"..why distinguish clubhouse postings from this thread? Neither forum has dealt with verifiable factual information for a long time. Why not keep it all in one place?"

I don't have time to read non-facts in 2 places either!!!!!! LOL
