Brian Molloy: Exactly. The premiums will be rich but IMO either long puts or short calls would be appropriate if my theory of three drops corresponding to pre ruling; ruling and damage claims causes the stock to drop to the mid 50's, holds true.

can't happen. the implied volatility must be approximately the same for the put and the call or a risk free arbitrage opportunity arises.
