Bruce,
It seems that the Linux plays have run well everytime MSFT gets beaten up, but as I recall RHAT has a ton of stock coming off lockup, so those sellers would probably dampen much of what would be a nice lift. Don't know as much about VA Linux, but it might be a play. If you intend to play Mister Softee's first bounce, you might want to put a tight trailing stop on -- Whatever you do I wish you luck. I'm not sure I have enough knowledge to play Mister Softee tomorrow.
