One more thing about TOM, Monday Nov 29 1999 Mr. Randy Hung reports TS Telecom's subsidiary, TS Telecom Technologies Limited, has recorded a subscription of approximately 200 times of the Hong Kong public offer. As a result, the initial allocation of the new shares available under the share offer has increased from 20 per cent to 40 per cent. Even a stock that was fully priced based on the P/E ratio and had falling revenues at the time of the GEM IPO had a huge oversubscription and the company raised the amount being issued. So what is going to happen with the SEG issue for $40 million US? . . . anyone want to take a guess. Best Regards KEITH
