The depth of your knowledge and your ability to quote accurate references never ceases to amaze me. From skatology to vulcanology, and back. How do you avoid information overload???

Pity I didn't know some of this stuff when I paid my one and only visit to Yellowstone in 1960 (10yrs post Apian way, and post Pompeii). It was early in the season (srill 20 ft of snow at Crater Lake the following week).
