Sili,

<<Bye for now. BTW, I'm not shorting, the suggestion is quite distasteful actually.>>

I've read your post together with the reply from CC. You both have obviously put much time into your posts. I would have to agree that yours sounds like that of a person that has, or is about to short the stock. I also agree that CC's post makes him look like a long, but then, that is no secret around here. What is your status, short, long, or gone?

Regards,
Barry

Were you incented when you followed Bid.com and were one of the more frequent and passionate posters on that thread? Of course not! I remember how you vigorously defended that stock against people who were trying to instill fear and question the motives of the management team. Are you now incentived when you follow CDN or other stocks you are following closely? Of course not! Well, nor am I with Net Shepherd!

For the record, I have made more than 35 purchases of Net Shepherd shares over this past year. I have twice sold a small number of shares, and that was a long time ago. As a result, I hold a relatively significant number of shares. In consideration of this, I believe that it is a wise use of my time to follow the the companies I have invested in heavily and I take an active role in ensuring that others understand these companies as well. I do this by explaining in detail their business model to others. This includes defending the company and its management against an attack if I feel that comments made about them are unfair and inflammatory - remember you did use the words "raped and pillaged" in one of your posts on StockHouse.

You say you are not short and I respect that. However, I still believe that your comments on the company were unfair and misinformed.
