As we all know, some of us from personal experience, lawsuits may be filed or not, or may be filed with some delay. I'm sure you recall that AZNT--the company, not people posting on the thread--said that they'd be suing us Evil Bashers way back in early summer 1999, long before they ever got round to doing so.

But you know it's real when you get served.
