Sorry, Jac. Time to do a little re-reading. Deak-Perera is mentioned only once in the complaint: 26. Plaintiffs allege that the principal major investor in ITHC, GAAY, and GMKT (Access TradeOne.Com,Inc.) Was Deak-Perera Capital Markets. Plaintiffs allege that defendants Jacalyn Deaner and Michael Alan Deaner communicated false and denigrating statements relative to this investor that it was tainted with alleged criminal activity and criminal affiliations with alleged members of Organized C rime. Plaintiffs further allege that such statements, communicated through the Internet, approximately caused injury and damage to plaintiffs. Defendants continued their campaign of malignment unabated, notwithstanding efforts by plaintiffs to cause defendants to cease and desist.
