some of the problems is just herzog failure to cooperate at all.. 1.why are all accounts punished on the 90 second rule... 2.why if they can not turn off their instant execution can they not be fair with the amount of shares filled under 1.00(we have lived with the 1.00 or more 500 fill for one year and got by,but to tell us to do the same for a .20 cent stock is f-ing ludricrious...stock has to go up 25 percent just to break even.....insane... we have gotten by with the lack of customer service,online brokers to handle the calls and worked with them for months now,because they were able to even it out with the way the investor was able to even up with the scams the market makers played,now after this last move,they leave us no choice but to look elsewhere...there is nothing there service offers that is better than the rest...i rather miss a .20 cent stock than get 200-500 shares of it...

During one of the past few monthly chats Barry said it should only take 1 or 2 seconds for your account summary to load and display.....just took 18 seconds for mine, and we still have a long way till market opens.... Reading between the lines, it appears that Barry knows he has gotten in over his head, and is selling TRAC to a bank....this is only my opinion, a guess I am not long or short TRAC stock.....just more and more frustrated trying to trade with this platform..... Just made 2 attempts to load "postitions" page, waited 90 seconds each time....got nothing.....now 5 minutes, and still no positions (although all MyTrac users know from experience to print their position page out at the end of day, because this happens often)...
